Who you are dealing with

This website and the products sold through it are provided by Kate Reardon, Ocean Shores, New South Wales, Australia. Contact: kate@katereardon.com.au.

The Held meditation app is a separate subscription service with its own terms of use. Buying from this site does not create a Held membership, and vice versa.

Orders and payment

Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where it applies. Payment is taken at checkout through Stripe. An order is accepted when you receive the confirmation email; if we cannot fulfil an order for any reason, we will tell you and refund you in full.

Delivery

Physical products are posted within Australia only, and shipping is free. Copies of The Essential Cleanse are dispatched promptly after purchase. Bloom is prepared individually for you after Kate has been in touch, so it is posted once it is ready; Kate will tell you when it is on its way. Delivery times after dispatch depend on Australia Post. If an order has not arrived within a reasonable time, contact us and we will chase it.

Returns and refunds

Under the Australian Consumer Law, our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded. If something arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund, and we will cover the return postage. Tell us within a reasonable time of noticing the problem.

We are not required to accept returns for change of mind, but if you contact us we will consider the return of an unopened, unused product; return postage in that case is at your cost. Bloom is prepared individually for you, so it cannot be returned for change of mind.

Sessions, coaching and retreats

Private sessions and coaching are booked by arrangement after purchase or enquiry; Kate will be in touch to confirm a time. If you need to reschedule, please give as much notice as you can and we will find another time. Sessions cancelled at short notice, or not attended, may be charged, because that time was held for you and could not be offered to anyone else.

Retreats and programs have their own booking terms, including deposit and cancellation conditions, which are provided when you enquire and before any payment is taken. Those terms apply to that booking.

Health and wellbeing

Kate's work is offered as complementary support for your wellbeing. Nothing on this site, in Bloom, in The Essential Cleanse, in a session, or in any program is medical advice, and none of it is a substitute for diagnosis or treatment by a qualified health practitioner. If you have a medical condition, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or are taking medication, speak to your doctor before beginning any cleanse, taking any product, or changing your care. If you are in crisis, contact emergency services on 000 or Lifeline on 13 11 14.

Content and intellectual property

The writing, images, recordings and other material on this site are owned by Kate Reardon or used with permission. You may read, share links to, and quote short passages with attribution. You may not copy, reproduce or sell the material, or use it to train or feed an automated system, without written permission.

This website

We aim to keep the site accurate and available but do not promise that it will be error-free or uninterrupted. Links to other websites are provided for convenience and we are not responsible for their content.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim relating to a product or service is limited to resupplying it or refunding what you paid for it. Nothing in these terms excludes any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other law that cannot be excluded.

Privacy

How we handle your personal information is set out in our Privacy Policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and any dispute is subject to the courts of that state.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page at the time of your purchase is the one that applies to it.
