“Whenever and however you give birth, your experience will impact your emotions, your mind, your body, and your spirit for the rest of your life.” – Ina May Gaskin
I have been through 5 births. I have 2 children and I experienced 3 miscarriages. And this is what I have learnt about birth; it is an initiation of the highest degree and quite literally an invitation to a new life. During pregnancy it is so important to fully create a sacred bubble of healing, restoration, replenishment and bonding for yourself and your family. These healing meditations have been designed to completely cradle you, nurture you and to support you as you go through the most powerful and potent time of pregnancy and birth. May they guide you on this sacred journey.
“Kate’s earthy voice is a soothing balm for the pregnant Mama’s soul. Her meditations are deeply grounding and healing, offering mothers-to-be a place of sanctuary and respite from the modern world. I walk away from the meditations feeling aligned, refreshed and reawakened to the miraculous and beautiful state of pregnancy. Sitting with Kate’s meditations allows me to relish my pregnancy for its divine and also temporary nature. “Filling up the Vessel” is restorative and full of rich nourishment for the body, mind and soul. The “Magdalene Journey” offers gifts of wisdom and insight during this transition phase. “Preparing for birth” brings forth a state of acceptance and trust in the divine process of birth which I am about to undertake. “Supporting your pregnancy” creates a safe sanctuary for the fears, aches and pains that can happen in pregnancy to be held and allowed to transform into a more loving energy supporting the health of Mama and baby. And “Meeting you Baby’s Soul” – what a divine gift! To commune with our little ones while they exist in the purity of the womb space is such a valuable and long-forgotten gift of the feminine which is rising now to be reclaimed.” – Sarah Fiess
