I am going to keep this super simple; In order to have health, wellness and happiness in all areas of your life you need to be accepting, acknowledging, and treating all aspects of you – MIND, BODY and SPIRIT. All of these delicious parts encompass the full spectrum of who you are so in order to thrive you must see yourself as a “whole being” and not just signs and symptoms.
